Rolf Wiegel - our Founder and CEO
Mr. Rolf Wiegel is an accomplished financial executive, an industry leader, and a transformation creator with extensive professional experience working with businesses across many different industries and countries.
His successful tenure over more than 35 years in various positions with Deutsche Bank in Germany and Brazil, and subsequent advisory positions to international companies has provided him with the experience and relationships to now assist businesses to implement their products and services in the United States or to restructure those currently struggling to achieve their goals in growth, revenue, and shareholder equity. Rolf is fluent in English, German and Portuguese.
Under Rolf Wiegel’s direction, Kalibra Consult will help small-and medium sized international companies operating in the U.S. to revamp their operations through needed financial restructuring, refinancing, relationship rebuilding with banks, and investment sourcing opportunities with angel investors.
Marc O. Wrase
Marc is located in Sāo Paulo. He has over 15 years of experience in business management and finance, having worked for local and US Venture Capital and Private Equity firms originating investment opportunities in Latin America.
He has a Bachelor in Business Administration from INSPER in Sāo Paulo and holds an MBA from Duke University (Fuqua School of Business).
Marc is fluent in English, German and Portuguese.
